Service pack 2 whch one

if you go to the Microsoft website you find a version 541 kb and one 101MB
i'm planning to set a pc here at home with win 2000 soon
so which one should i take ?
is the 541 version one where you still need an internet connection ? like IE6 stuff or is that one ok
the pc will not have an internetconnection (not in the beginning anyway)

I downloaded the large file - and understood it was the full version. The smaller 541b will just connect the pc to the net to download it.
