After installing service pack 2 I am getting some error messages in SMS:

MP Control Manager detected MPsetup has failed to create the CCM_Incoming Virtual Directory.
Possible cause: The IIS IWAM account has expired, been disabled, or has invalid or too restrictive logon hours. You may verify this information by running the net user command line for the IWAM account. (i.e.: “net user IWAMMachineName)
Solution: Use the output to verify that the account is enabled, and logon is possible during the time of installation. Note: You can use “net user” to modify the account properties.
Possible cause: The IIS IUSR account has expired, been disabled, or has invalid or too restrictive logon hours. You may verify this information by running the net user command line for the IUSR account. (i.e.: “net user IWAMMachineName)
Solution: Use the output to verify that the account is enabled, and logon is possible during the time of installation. Note: You can use “net user” to modify the account properties.
Possible cause: The Default Web Site is disabled in IIS.
Solution: Verify that the Default Web Site is enabled, and functioning properly.

AND:

SMS Site Component Manager could not deinstall the SMS_SERVER_BOOTSTRAP_MODS-FFX-DEV-25 service from site system "\\MODS-FFX-DEV-25". The operating system reported error 1115: A system shutdown is in progress.

Possible cause: SMS Site Component Manager does not have sufficient access rights to administer the site system.
Solution: Verify that the Site System Connection accounts are properly configured to allow SMS to administer the site system.

If this problem persists, refer to your SMS documentation or the Microsoft Knowledge Base for further troubleshooting information.

Any ideas what is causing them? The first one I verifeid that IWAM is correct and working properly. Second one I have no idea what to do.

Update: Got a hotfix from Microsoft regarding article Article ID : 913441.

After installing SP2 you may see these in the MPsetup.log:

The error code is 80020009
MP.MSI exited with return code: 1603
Backing up MPMSI.log to C:\SMS\logs\MPMSI.log.LastError
Fatal MSI Error - MP.MSI could not be installed

I got the hotfix from Microsoft and it seems to have corrected the issue.
