I've downloaded the Draw 9 service pack 1, and when I try to open it I get this message;

"Could not initalize installation. (CRC) This function is only valid in Win32 mode."

Does anyone know what that means?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to install it with no problems. I don't know what that error message means. Only thing I could suggest is to CTRL-ALT-DELETE and close down everything except Explorer and Systray and then try installing it again. Joe Bananas

This message is displayed when the installer detects a corrupt installation file. The file you have downloaded is not complete. Download the file again and check the filesize to see if you have downloaded the installer in full. Some users have this problem when they save the download to the desktop and run it from there.
Instead, save it to your C:\Temp directory.
