I am a new administrator in MD110 and I have a question.

Could I make a service observing in MD110 BC9 or higher?.

What do you mean by 'Service Observing' ?
Is it a traffic status you are looking for?
In that case you have the TR commands described in Alex and/or the PMG/PPM (Perfomance ManaGer/Performance Presentation Manager) programs with DNA (Dynamic Nework Administration) to display it graphically.
You should be warned that BC9 is phased out for years as well as the PMG/PPM/DNA releases that handle this MD version.

Hi.

Some PBX are able to connect audio from a phone to a on-line conversation.

This is useful to control agent operations or to learn.

Not all PBX are able to make it. Have anybody idea about it is posible in MD110?

Hi

Sure: this facility is possible via intrusion service. Be carefull this intrusion methode connect microphone and hear.
The intrusion is controled by the phone category.
In BC9, the ACD intrusion is made in silcence, while the intrusion with normal phone will make a repetitive bip
There is some patches in BC9 to remove the bip, but there is an ASPAP in BC11/BC12
