Hello All;
So with service observing the supervisor can press the serv-observe button once and only listen. If pressed twice then the supervisor can talk on the call. Question...Is there any way of negating the option of this button being able to be pressed twice?
I know we can program in the FAC for service-observe...listen only into the system speed dial and label it so that label will show up onto the phone but for the time being on SIP phones this cannot take place due to SIP phones not having the option of having an abrv-dial button. It's not an option. The new release for SIP is supposed to have this feature as well as some others.
