Service Observe without Service Observe digits

Is it possible to set up the Avaya so that when you do a Service Observe on an agent, you just enter the Agent ID or Extension, without Service Observe Digits? For example, instead of "119" + Agent ID, you just enter the Agent ID and the switch knows for this DS1, all channels will be doing Service Observes. If so, what is this feature called, and how is it implemented?

I'm not sure if you can but if you wanted to monitor calls on that kind of scale maybe a call recorder might be an idea.

This is for a call recorder; actually for a Quality Monitoring System. I am doing some development for a Rockwell Spectrum switch, which does support this feature, but I don't have one in-house. I do, however, have a Definity, and I heard somewhere that the Definity also supports this feature.
