How can I observe an agent call on a J-series phone? I added sip-sobsrv as a feature button but it does not appear on the phone for some reason and there is no other service observe feature available. We are at CM 8.1 and the phone is at 4.0.14.0.7. We have J159, J169, and J179 sets. We can use agent desktop to observe a call as a primary supervisor but we have a few managers that want the ability to observe calls.
