Service Observe feature on 3903s

Quick Question:

We recently installed SCCS w/ 3905s at the agents and 3903 at Mgrs and Supv stations.

Can the 3903 be programmed to Service Observe/Monitor calls from the agents on the 3905s?

Did our IT purchase the incorrect equipment?

if the phones have a observe button on them then yes.

Print out one of the TNB's of the Supervisors/managers phone and look for:

key xx OBV

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
