How do you set up service monitoring on a Legend 7.0?

Set up a "Service Observing" button on an MLX phone using centralized programming. Then, all the service observer has to do is press the button and dial the extension# of the phone they want to observe.

I forgot to mention that the phones that need it are ETR 18Ds.

The phones that need the monitoring are not a problem, however the phone you monitor from HAS to be an MLX phone. You cannot use service monitoring FROM an ETR phone.
