Can some help me? I have a BCM50 2.0 that I want to set night service on. I have been setting these up for years on MICS and CICS and even a few successfull attempts on a couple BCM's (50 and 400's)
I have my control set to ext 271
I have ringing group one with only one member which is 395 (my vm dn)
I have set the scheduled services to manual
When i turn the night service on, the ringing pattern does not change. I have replaced the vm dn with an ext within my office to see if the service is working and the pattern does not change. All phone still ring.
Ext 271 will show night ringing in the display, however when you call it still takes 4 rings before the AA will answer.
Any ideas? TIA
