How do you change the number of rings in service mode before the lines will pick up? The system has a NAM with 2.0 or 4.0 software.

I'm assuming by "change the number of rings in service mode before the lines will pick up?" you mean the Auto Attendant? The Auto Attendant picks up immediately, that's how you get the night service to work.
