'Service mode on'

Hi hope you can help,

I have two bcm 50's rls 3 which i am connecting with voip trunks and fallback routing the customer does not want the message 'services mode on' message on screen on any extension, i can remove control sets from all dn's and lines but will it still use schedules to fall back?

It has to be on one telephone. I always use the telephone closet or copy room.

ok, hoping that wasn't the answer, what is the minimum lines or dns to have a control dn for this to work, just the active dn's and active lines?
