Service manual / parts list - Ideal Contex Scanner

we have a wide format scanner that needs a part but we can't find the part number on the board in question. Does anyone know how I can get ahold of a parts list or service manual for an Ideal Contex FSC 8010/6010 DSP scanner?

The Ideal and Contex sites do NOT have the info I need, and the scanner isn't covered under any maintenance of any kind.
