Service Manager doesn't Start

Hello,

Can anyone give me a tip what to do if the SMS Service Manager doesn't start ?

I tried the Q199259 document by deleting all files from the WBem repository, because I also get the message Access denied if I use Wbemtest and try to query "select * from SMSCompontent" do I need to logon before starting the query ? and with wich user account.
I am running SMS 2 with SP4
