I'm having a problem when creating jobs in VM using the copy function. We are using the service centres functionality and we have about 5 service centres:
SERVICE CENTRE JOB NUMBERING
Central ------> JOB-C-......
South ------> JOB-S-......
North ------> JOB-N-......
and so on.
Now when a user creates a quotation or a job in VM he/she has to select their service centre so that the resulting job or quote is numbered properly(follows numbering convention of their respective service centres).
The problem I have is that when creating a job from an existing quotation (which was created from the central service centre) using the copy function, the resulting job no longer takes the central service centre numbering convention i.e, i get JOB......... instead of JOB-C-......
What could be causing this?

Guys I seem to have found the solution. It seems the Employee that was used to create the quotation was not assigned the default service centre as central hence why the job created from that quote could not follow the same numbering convention of all the central service centre jobs.thanx
