Good night.
in my company has a central hipath 4000.
I would set up some extensions as service desk. where I want to put two stations to receive calls only those extensions that can never be filled, it links you have to reach them automatically transferred to other extensions. can someone help me.

tenha em minha empresa uma central hipath 4000.
Gostaria de configurar alguns ramais como service desk. onde quero colocar dois ramais para receber ligações só que estes ramais nunca pode ficar ocupados, com isso as ligações que chegarem neles tem que se automaticamente transferidos para outros ramais. alguém pode me ajudar.

Are you looking for a hunt group or is is an ACD (Automatic call distribution) group
In ACD you have to 'log on' and 'log off' at the phone to get calls.
In a hunt group you can set it up to be a linear hunt group or a cyclical hunt group.

I want to set up a call center using the center hipath 4000 Currently the links are made for a number and this number is busy when several links no longer met. what it was like to create a call center in a way that the number is never busy.

Quero configurar uma call center usando a central hipath 4000. Atualmente as ligações são feitas para um numero e quando este numero fica ocupada varias ligações deixa de ser atendidas. o que gostaria mesmo era de criar um call center de uma forma que o numero nunca fique ocupado.
