DBNotifier_Service on my sccs has died as well. And I just lost my music on hold. Are these related???Help!

Have you changed the SCCS computer name recently? or does the name has spaces, hypens or dashes in the computer name.
Check the computer name and check your sql.ini file and make sure you have a section labeled:
[NI_DBNOTIFIER]
MASTER=NLWNSCK,computer name,5003
QUERY=NLWNSCK,computer name,5003
make sure the SCCS computer name is correct in all section of the sql.ini file. you could also shutdown the SCCS services and attempt a Computer Name Synch and reboot.
