Service command failed

I hae 3 IP office 402 systems running ver 3.2.53 from a workstation I load manager it comes up and finds all of my 402's but the one that is local to the workstation I can notlog into, the username ans password screen come up but after putting the info it sits there for about 30-45 seconds and erros with "Service command failed cause (error code -2)" anyone know why?
