We are running GP 8.0 and the question I have is... We have three (3) different Service Types set up (SA=Service Agreement, WA=Warranty, TM=Time & Material). My question is, where does the system pull the Service Type from when entering a service call for a specific customer with a specific piece of equipment? I'm assuming SA is pulling from the Contract Administration screen but where does it pull the other information from?
