Service Books Not Available

I am setting up a new 7100i Nextel BB device, and when I got to read mail, it opens the message up, but where the text body should be, I get "More Available:145 bytes". So when I choose "more" from the drop down menu, I get "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found". This is a new device, I've nuked it wiped it to no avail. Any ideas?
 
Sounds like the activation did not complete.
- Was it wired or wireless activation?
- What Service Books are listed on the device and what's their status?
Is there an Enterprise Activation icon on the main screen?

The activation shows complete. I tried the over the air activation as well as connecting it to the BES. When I look at the service books, there are 20 of them. On my device which is also a 7100, I have 21 entries in the service book field. After activation, there is no enterprise activation icon.
 
From the BES, highlight the user and resend the service books to the device.

Tried that....no dice. I had to re-genrate an encryption key, and all workedfine after that. I'll tell you what, the 7100i is a piece of junk!
