Service Access doesn't restart

After a reboot of Solidus e Care server, some service access don’t restart automatically.

They remain in Active Pending status (Monitoring Failed).

Do you have some experience and solution?

you can check in services.Sometimes we must input User of Window at Services again (log on...)

If you can view CM SA status then your services should be ok or you could not open CM. Stop the SA, end and reinitiate bvd, then map to bvd again in SA and start. Are you using scripts, is your bvd variable correct in the SA? does basic IVR start against the bvd ok? what does CSTLP; show =CONNECTED?

Hello,

I work with Solidus 6 SP2 and MX-1 TSW BC13 SP4.

The Autostart option is activate but it's not the issue.

I can open CM and see all of my SA. Some of them are activated and some other not. All of my SA work with the same script.
I can't verify CSTLP for the moment.
Tomorrow I reboot the server again and try the command with winfiol.

Your scripts use different bvd's - check the bvd's are set correctly to a different bvd each (and the correct bvd's), and which SA with script is not active, try and activate a bvd using IVR only - if this works the reboot may fix. Also, check the server HFixes for SP2+ for SM crash fixes, etc, there are many fixes for SM and CCS, etc.
