Hi,
I am developing / maintaining applications that run on an IBM eServer x306 running Red Hat Linux 8.0.
One of our platforms (that has been running smoothly for months) cannot now run up its applications and the following appears on the system console.
"ServerWorks OSB4 in impossible state
Disable UDMA or if you are using a Seagate then try switching disk types on this controller."
I don't understand what this means or how to procede to narrow the problem down.
Can anyone explain what this problem might be?
Thanks
