Serverwide audit for a sqluser and domain migration

We're in the process of migrating users to an AD domain. Is there anyway of finding out, server wide, what:
database permissions a user has
any objects owned by a specific user

and is there anyway of migrating a users sql permissions from Windoes NT to AD?

I'd really appreciate any help on this as otherwise it's going to be a huge job for us!
