Servers not responding

I had a strange problem in our Citrix Farm today.

We reboot our Citrix servers every weekend. This time didn’t one server come up correctly, it seems to.
Some users couldn’t access their published applications.
The users received “there is no Metaframe server configured on this specified address”.

The server was responding to ping, there was no error message in the event log, the CMC showed everything was ok with the server.

After rebooting the server everything worked ok.

Does anyone have an idea what can cause this and why the other servers couldn’t respond to user’s requests?
