Server's ID has not been certified

new to dom and .doc. have recently installed R5 on ms svr 2003 standard edition. install was setup as new svr. when i attempt to connect via dom administrator (installed on another machine) i get the following error - "the server's ID has not been certified by a certifier that you trust."

i can connect via IE (webadmin.nsf) under the account i used to install R5
