Hi guys, our servers are located in a managed facility whereby an operations team monitors our servers. We have SNMP alert trapping enabled on all the servers and it seems to work well for most applications and environmental issues.
We run ServerRAID on all servers and have enabled SNMP support, but it doesn't seem to be sending alerts via SNMP to our Tivoli console. Is there any special configuration required in order to get ServerRAID to send SNMP alerts. Is there a special MIB that needs to be installed?
