\\Servername not accessible

I have one users that is unable to use \\servername or IP.
He cannot even browse (Network Places) to his own DC at his site. Restart server and browser service and checked TCP-IP settings.

is the WORKSTATION service running? sort by Automatic in the service console and verify that all are running except performance logs. Also, is his IP Gateway correct? Does he have a firewall running or any third party app like Norton Internet Security?

Try removing the PC from the domain, deleting the computer account, then rejoin.
