Hi everyone.
I use Illustrator 8.0 and i wonder if its possible to have more than one page in each document.
If i choose "File" and "new"...i only get one empty page to work on.
I think it would be so much easier to have all the pages in the same dokument...but is it possible, and how?

Would be nice if anyone knows how...

If you are doing multi-page publications, you really should be using a layout application, such as Pagemaker, Indesign or Quark. If there are blocks of text, the text handling is much better in a layout app.

There is a way but I wouldn't suggest sending a file like this to a printer...I have resorted to it a few times.

Let's say you want a 2 page document. Create a new document that is 11x17, page setup should be 8.5x11 and select full page tile (or something like that.) This should all be in the page setup or document setup dialog box. When the file opens up you will have 2 pages neatly tiled and numbered in front of you. I have done this with as many as 12 pages...it definately comes in handy.
