Server Works But Does Not Show as online in qfarm

Hello all

we have just added a third metaframe server over in the uk. The Server is up and running and allows users to logon but when i do a qfarm /online it does not show up but it does when i do /offline. The Server shows up with a load when i do qfarm /load any ideas ??
