server won't keep it's IP address

Hi, I have just restore a w2k AD server to new hardware, i've setup the ip settings, but when I go back to check on it, it's set to DHCP, it won't hold it's settings? Help

Just an idea: what if you disable DHCP client service on that server?

you can always try un-installing and re-installing the TCP/IP protocol

I was able to get it to work...the only way to uninstall and reinstall tcpip was to follow the link below
