Server will not accept mail

I have recently install Netscape Messaging Server 6.0 on a Solaris 8 ultra-30. I created a user through the "startconsole". This user was able to login via the Message Express web service and send email with no problems. However, I cannot get the server to reccieve mail properly. I looked in the logs and it appears that the mail server is bouncing the message back and for until it expires the maximun hops. I also get this error message in the log:

tcp_local_slave.log-0H8S00006I8SR4

23:38:52.28: SMTP routine failure from smtpc_enqueue()=c9


Any ideas? Need help desperately, willing for someone to log in as well

Do you have a proper MX record set up in dns to deliver mail to the server for the domain in question? --

Thanks for the quick reply. I believe I do however their is a twist. I am using NAT forwarding on my firewall to redirect all traffic to my internal LAN. Both my internal and external DNS MX records match up.
