Server Upgrade

Server is Proliant 1600 6/600 with 784MB. Running as terminal server and need better performance. Looking for recommendation on most bang for buck considering options of adding 2nd processor, adding memory, or upgrading to a faster P3 or P4 server. Application is Visual Foxpro 7 based with up to 15 simultaneous active users.

We have been getting the Compaq DL380 units with (2) processors. Very nice units. Up to (6) hot swappable drives. Not much more than the 1U DL360 with only 2 available drives.
