Server undelete causing application log error

I have windows 2000 server and use a programe called server undelete from Executive Software which is great and works a treat, however it is leaving a message in my application log every 10 mins or so saying Undelete service Executive software Undelete drive error. error 105-4-0-0

I have changed the drive id and am still getting the error. Has anyone experianced this and if so can you help.

Have you contacted Executive software tech support. Could be a very common error
