Server to Server Password Synchronization

Hello all,

Is there anyone out there that knows of or has a recommnedation for a utility that synchronizes passwords from one server to another? We currently have a "psuedo NT" domain(redirecting to NDS) to joined up with the Novell environment. and we need to synch the passwords from the Novell (NDS) users to our NT domain user list.

Any input would be greatly appreciated,
