Hi All,
Have a query - when we run an ASR backup on a particular clients SBS server, it will sometimes freeze up and the users will see their network drives time/drop out etc.
There is nothing in the logs, save a VSS error pertaining to the D:\ (Data array). Pls note that the OS (C:\) is on its own RAID array and the Data (D:\) is on a seperate array.
*The ASR only backs up the C:\.
I'm at a loss to explain the behavior, I've just trawled through the logs and there is nothing there. The a/v was not excluding anything other than its own directories, so I have rectified that. The disks are a little fragmented but that is about all I can see.
Any further suggestions as to what I should be looking at?
Cheers!
