Server spontaneously rebooting

Hi All,
I have a server that is rebooting every now and again on its own. There is an error message that comes up also:
"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
Address 8006JOCF hal.dll

Event ID 1001
The computer has rebooted from a bug check.
The bugcheck was 0x0000000a.

Event ID 6008
The previous system shutdown was unexpected.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?
