server SMTP socket wedged

Hi Guys

I am new to sendmail. I have sendmail configured on my solaris box, but when i try to start it throws out the below error:

sendmail[20370]: [ID 801593 mail.alert] NOQUEUE: SY
SERR(root): opendaemonsocket: daemon MTA-IPv4: server SMTP socket wedged: exiting

Kindly help me out of this problem.

what changes have you made to your configuration file?

did you use the m4 files to create it?

Looks like something is already listening on port 25 maybe another instance of sendmail was already started ???
Check your DaemonPortOptions

There is no God, only 10001010
