Server slows at regular intervals

Hi All!!

I have an Interwoven application installed on our Nt 4.0 server service pack 6.0. The appllication slows down for 10-15 seconds after every 70-80 seconds. I suspect this is an NT related problem as the pattern of slowing down continues even when only one user is logged in the application.

Do you have any suggestions what could be slowing the server at regular intervals on 70-90 seconds. I looked at the Task Manager - Processes Tab. There wasnt any specific application consuming CPU resouces.

Not enough RAM or
Nearly FULL Hard drive
Need 384 meg RAM minimum
Add more RAM and also Increase the Paging file size to suit.
