Server shut down after backup ( Version 6.61 build 849 )

Hello

I have a big problem. At the end of the backup the Backup-Server ( NT 4.0/ Arserve 6.61 build 849 / AE ) shutdown.

Thats what I found :
If the programm writes into the Arcerveit/temp directory the last cat the Server shutdown.
Thats what I had done :
I had deaktivated the Virus-Scanner but it doesn`t help.
I had search a SP for my build Version 849 but Ì couldn`t find any.
I hat install the complete backupserver new. After 4 Weeks the Problem starts again.

I had a second backupserver ( Arcserve 2000 SP3 AE ) in the net , this server works without problems.

know someone a link for help or know that problem ?

Check whether you have enough space in the drive where arcserve is installed...

Delete R*.* files in the database folder... ( Corrupted files )
Run mergecat in the command prompt of the arcserve folder..

restart the database engine..

This should fix .. if it doesnt run the database utilities

I will try to delete R*.* ( corrupted files )

The database have enough space !
dbcheck,dbfix etc ... I had done , but it doesn`t help.
