Server Service Startup Error

On a new install of workstation I am getting a service failure report from the Computer Browser Service. The reason being that the Server Service failed to start aswell. The Error message for Server Service not starting is that there is not enough Server Storage Space. Anyone know what this is about? The locaiton of NT is on a 3GB partition so it cannot be on about HDD space can it?
