Server resumed request logging errors 109 / 110

I have an NT 4.0 Server with IIS 3.0,<br>
and an application called web-link (database connection).<br>
Lately, and appearantly without any known action/reason,<br>
I started getting in the system log errors ID 109 & 110:<br>
"The server resumed request logging" - event ID 110<br>
"The server was unable to continue request log owing to<br>
failure indicated by error code in data. Additionally <br>
it recieved error message:. " - event ID 109<br>
Couldn't find anything in TechNet (From february99).<br>
The server seems fine.<br>
