Server restarts unexpectedly

I have a linux RedHat FC3 server running all the latest patches that does not behave well. It will restart if I connect to POP3 (dovecot-0.99.13-3.FC3 on port 110) sometimes and it will restart consistently if I connect to a printer using samba (3.0.10-1-FC3). It leaves no log report as to why, no error on the screen, nothing. I am at a loss. These are the only issues that I know of; otherwise, I can connect to all other services with no issue. HELP!
