Hi!

We got a problem with one remote agent backup. It is on a Windows 2000 Sp4. We are running version 9.0 rev 4454. it says: "The previous system shutdown at 8:31:05 AM on 6/13/2004 was unexpected" in the system event log. I can't find any other info about it. Are there any other log to check??

Thanks in advance!

Go into system properties - advanced - startup/recovery
Take the check box out of automatically reboot.
This will dump a user dump file for you. Also it may give you a blue screen in which you can find the error.
I would upgrade to Backup Exec 9.1 and re-push the new agent first

Make sure that you have the agent set to automatic in the services of your server. This will ensure a automatic start of the agent when the server comes up.
