I browsed around on the forum and I couldn't really find something that fints my needs. So here is the scenario:

I have 2 Terminal Servers that are identical running Windows 2003 Server (just made a ghost image and applied it to the other machine). My plan is to place one of the servers in another city (with a different ISP) and every night the active server will upload every change that happened during the day so that I know that every morning I have 2 servers that are completely identical (includes system sate, files and the whole nine yards, just like I just did a ghost image). This way I can simply go to the other city and grab the other server in case the building burned down.

So is there any software that can do this?
