I have a windows 2000 server with sp4. Every now and again it reboots and this is the error I get in the event log. "the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. the bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa010dfad, 0x00000000,0x07be5c70).Microsoft Windows 2000 (v15.2195)".

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Usually this type of stop message is followed by the name of the errant module or driver. Try finding that out if possible first.

It's been almost four months since this request was posted. I also have a w2k server that is doing the same thing. Did you discover the cause or fix?

my problem was a memory leak. I replaced memory and problem disappeared
