Server rebooting every night, could this be McaFee?

NT4 SP6a, Fn'P server. Backed up by Legato. Every night outside service hours the server blue screens. Not always the same time. I have ran backups during the day to eliminate the Legato but am now left with McaFee as the only thing possible. Any Known problems?

What else is installed besides McAfee? Also, what led you to McAfee in the first place? I know you need to "disable" NetShield first before doing a backup then "enable" it immediately afterwards. Use these commands within the backup program settings:

NET STOP AVSYNMGR
NET START AVSYNMGR
