Server Push - Failed to execute script XXX Win32 Error Code = 87

I am trying out a simple server push script and when I load the HTML calling the cgi script, it gives out a message-
Failed to execute script XXX Win32 Error Code = 87

Any reasons why I am getting this error message?

The reason is whatever error code 87 is.

Do you have an offending snippet of code?
