i have try to create working website on my computer
many web server sofware like apache, savant, sambar, website...

all works fine on my computer but how i can access then on another computer by internet

i know how access web site on my on computer but how my brother and even you can access it because my ISP is blocking all port

It depends how your network is setup to determine how to reach your website from an outside source. If you have a router, it probably allows port forwarding if not, you can use the ip address given to the specific computer. Now you must determine if the ip address is static or dynamic(changing constantly). If your ip address is dynamic like most dsl and cable providers do, I would recommend using an dynamic ip address sniffer such as tzo.com or no-ip.com can provide for a free trial basis. Download the software and install it on your computer. It then allows you to create a domain name for your ip address. The program can monitor your ip address every 30 seconds and change the ip address with tzo or no-ip to match you domain name. It has been a while since I have had such problems, but If you have more problems, just let me know.

i have same ip address over a 2 years
my ftp port 21 works fine another people can download/upload files in there but web site dont work
any port i try is there any progman to check open ports

Have you tried to change the port to the server to something like port 88? Then try to reach the website from an address like

http://ipaddress:88

. I have done this when I have run apache and iis on the same machine or multiple webservers on a network.
Maybe your isp has blocked port 80 since it is the default web server port.
Also possibly having multiple servers on port 80 is preventing outside viewing. Only one server can be set to port 80.
Lastly, are you behind any sort of firewall?

is there quicker way to find out is port blocked
some program!
