Server not started

I am trying to run reports from vb6 and Crystal 8.5 I can run them on my computer but when it comes to the end users then I get the Server not Started. How can I get around this?

Perhaps it's a connectivity error?

Is their database connection set up properly?

If it's Oracle, do they have a client, and is it the same version as you used for dev?

Is it Server Not Yet Opened?
