We are running a Windows 2000 Server and have recently installed Kerio Mail Server. When we try to run webmail, the interface loads correctly when we use an internal IP address, but when we use the IP address assigned to us by our ISP, it times out without loading each time.

Any idea if I might have a setting in the server wrong somewhere? Why won't it allow outside connections to come in. It is behind a router, but this server is set as a DMZ Server. I can log in to remotely administer the router.

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

Been a couple of years since I setup a mail server...
Is you smtp port open in both directions
Pop port open incoming
Does you ISP have an MX record for the mail server.
Not related, but is the server set not to "relay" (anti relay)
